MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the technical department by ensuring administration of all technical work is logged, filed, equipment maintained, and work is carried out according to Mediclinic policies and procedures
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Ensure key outputs job cards are completed and jobs are carried out as per instruction
Equipment Control
Creating shopping cards and Purchase orders timeously on SAP System
Identify and control risk in the technical environment
To build and maintain stakeholder relations and client services within the Technical Department
General Administration
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: One of the following: Bookkeeping; Finance or SAP System
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years in an administrative environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous maintenance / technical experience; Experience in a hospital environment; Experience in Bookkeeping or Finance
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
