      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain SQL and Python workflows to ensure high-quality, accurate data for clinical and market leaders
      - Update interactive dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets to visualize key performance trends for payer programs
      - Execute monthly reporting cycles to provide stakeholders with actionable scorecards on quality and risk adjustment
      - Streamline recurring data tasks by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in routine reporting processes
      - Troubleshoot data discrepancies or broken scripts using available documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Proven academic or project experience with SQL (joining tables, basic queries)
      - Foundational understanding of Python
      - Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot data discrepancies
      - Resourceful problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Sheets
      - Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting
      - Knowledge of payer programs and quality metrics
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
