What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into actionable tech packs that align with brand standards
- Develop comprehensive tech packs for each style, including technical sketches, specifications, and construction details
- Conduct fittings with design, merchants, and production teams to determine final fit and functionality
- Monitor all stages of fit approval to ensure timely sign-off for bulk delivery
- Act as a liaison with factories and suppliers to clarify technical specifications and resolve production issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Design, with a focus on intimates
- Strong knowledge of intimate garment construction methods, pattern making, and fabric applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PLM systems, Asana, Slack, and Adobe Illustrator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with nursing bras and postpartum underwear design
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes in garment production
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using technical design software and tools
