What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the operational point of contact for originating customers, managing issue resolution from identification to closure
- Guide customers through the full loan lifecycle, providing clear and accurate direction on requirements and timelines
- Ensure operational health of assigned loans, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to keep files on schedule
- Independently evaluate loan scenarios to identify potential risks before they escalate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean handoffs and aligned execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of mortgage industry experience in processing, underwriting, or a similar operational function
- Direct experience managing loans from application through CTC and closing
- Hands-on experience with mortgage disclosures, including LEs and CDs, and knowledge of TRID timing and re-disclosure triggers
- Ability to independently assess loan structure and compliance considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex mortgage concepts clearly

- Prior experience serving as an escalation point for brokers, borrowers, or loan officers
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where processes are still being built
- Strong problem-solving instincts and sound judgment
