What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead collaboration efforts with business analysts and product managers
- Assist in product releases and new client system implementations
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Insurance industry
- Three-plus years of experience as an Agile Product Owner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Third Party Liability insurance claims, IVR, Imaging, or Letter Management
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
- Ability to convert development requirements to visualized prototypes
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering creative business intelligence solutions
