      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Account Executive in growing revenue and market share within assigned territory and accounts
      - Act as the primary customer interface, managing customer development programs from initiation through execution
      - Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
      - Lead technical discussions with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
      - Track sales metrics and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical support
      - At least 7 years of experience in technical sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
      - Strong understanding of metal machining and fabrication technologies for components used in medical devices
      - Ability to travel 15-20% for domestic and international business
