What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced troubleshooting through code-level analysis and data investigation
- Own the full lifecycle of complex technical issues from reproduction to resolution
- Lead and project manage deployment challenges to ensure production readiness
- Implement and manage security, permissions, and configuration changes
- Drive continuous improvement through better tooling, automation, and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex data issues
- High proficiency with Jira and GitHub for issue tracking and collaboration
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, including VM provisioning and security configuration
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in technical support and object-oriented programming
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools
- Experience in cloud technologies and application support
- Knowledge of automation and tooling for support operations
