What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, edit, and review proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation for IT consulting services
- Collaborate with IT subject matter experts, delivery teams, and stakeholders for technical inputs
- Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and talent mapping for IT projects
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, specifications, and deadlines through quality control checks
- Support recruitment efforts by technically evaluating candidates and preparing project plans and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing for IT consulting proposals and solution documents
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT consulting firms
- Strong familiarity with IT project lifecycle, solutioning, and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APMP, PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications
- Experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
