      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote support and resolve issues for users at remote offices or home office users
      - Assist in troubleshooting advanced technical issues within the network and telecommunications environments
      - Ensure tickets are accurately documented and resolved in a timely manner
      - Work collaboratively with team members on assigned projects and tasks
      - Assist in maintaining software and workstation image management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
      - Ability to communicate routine information clearly and accurately with internal and external contacts
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
      - Completion of a vetting process is required
      - Works on assignments that are routine in nature and acquires job skills on the job

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional training or education in area of specialization
      - Experience in customer support or call center support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
