Job Description

- Get experience working at one of the largest and safest Air Navigation Service Providers in the world!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with instructional design, technical training, adult learning, and/or teaching
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Ability to apply consistent formatting based on corporate branding guidelines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- This role is 5 days a week onsite at the Technical Services Centre, 280 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa, ON
- Public transportation access
- Free parking
- You are required to be a registered full-time student who is returning to full time studies in the fall 2026.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Technology Training team for the summer. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in seeing how we turn complex, technical information into clear and engaging training. You can look forward to working closely with our instructional design and development team and getting hands-on experience in instructional design.Job Description

The summer student will be exposed to different areas in the team:
• Updating content on SharePoint Online sites
• Assist in preparing and formatting training documents
• Support the review of training documents prior to publication
• Assist in preparing and formatting presentations
• Help organize and maintain learning resources
• Update the electronic publications and data files
• Assist with the monitoring and reporting of training metrics
• Assist with basic coordination tasks
