What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow client-approved messaging and utilize effective call structures
- Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics with an occupancy ratio of 85%
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond appropriately during calls
- Accept coaching positively and maintain professionalism at all times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday to Friday, with additional shifts during peak seasons
- Must have a personal computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential for professional interactions
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or some college education is a plus
- Clear and engaging voice with good pronunciation and diction
- Strong stamina for extended periods of phone conversations
- Excellent multitasking abilities, including data entry while conversing
- Emotional resilience to handle potential setbacks in fundraising efforts
