What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer inquiries via email, telephone, and postal mail in a timely manner

- Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports using relevant software
- Maintain compliance with program regulations and standard operating procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience demonstrating analytical and communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Experience in a help desk or call center environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in handling government inquiries or working within government programs
- Familiarity with email processing and database management
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong research skills to support accurate information dissemination
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures in a customer service context
