  The Disneyland Resort® invites you to explore spa opportunities at our upcoming Hiring Event on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Qualified candidates will be invited to attend this in-person event, where they will have the opportunity to meet with our Recruitment Team and Spa Leadership to learn more about our dynamic teams delivering unparalleled Guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.

  This event is open to the public and will focus on hiring for specific licensed roles only. Qualified walk-in candidates may have the opportunity to apply and interview on site.

  If traveling East to the Casting Center, pass Disneyland Dr., and Cast Place is the next right. Then make the next left. Parking attendant is on the left.

  Basic Qualifications

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for these roles
  • Must currently hold and maintain an active California license/certification for the role of interest: Massage Therapist (CAMTC), Cosmetologist and/or Barber license, Esthetician license
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations independently while utilizing service recovery techniques
  • Complete knowledge of services and products, with the ability to educate Guests
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to complete tasks independently
  • Ability to memorize and deliver scripted content
  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional Guest service
  • Proactive in anticipating Guest needs and receptive to special requests

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Prior spa experience; familiarity with spa products, services, and terminology
  • Previous leadership experience in a spa environment
  • Prior sales experience is helpful and comfortable with suggestive selling
  • Bilingual preferred

  Additional Information

  SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
  Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
