- Teach various aerospace engineering courses online tailored to qualifications.
- Develop and enrich undergraduate and graduate programs through course creation.

- Participate in university service and attend mandatory college meetings and events.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related engineering or science discipline.
- Ability to teach existing courses related to the candidate's discipline.
- Strong publication record and potential to secure research funding.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to mentoring students effectively.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in advanced air mobility, aircraft design, propulsion, and flight mechanics.
- College-level teaching experience, especially in an online format.
- Evidence of research experience in educational pedagogy.
- Experience working with active military personnel and veterans.
- Background in a national research lab and/or industry, with knowledge of ABET standards.
