      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect new business and convert, upsell, and maintain independent accounts within the territory
      - Provide ongoing service to all independent buying facilities
      - Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
      - Build and manage relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
      - Drive growth through effective pricing strategies and product assortment management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management
      - At least three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Proven track record in leading the sales process, including prospecting and negotiation
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time within the designated territory
