      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect new business and convert, upsell, and maintain relationships with independent facilities
      - Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
      - Drive growth through strategic pricing and leveraging the entire product assortment
      - Build and maintain relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
      - Attend local trade shows and conduct customer business reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) plus years of experience in account management
      - Minimum of three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Proven track record in sales process management, including prospecting and negotiating
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time and possess a valid driver's license
