      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between the marketing team and sales management to identify opportunities in the territory
      - Sell a full range of flooring products and troubleshoot account problems
      - Manage and grow existing accounts while targeting new distribution opportunities
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for CRM and territory management
      - Develop and implement sales strategies and prepare timely sales reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to complex sales processes
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%
      - Strong understanding of the flooring marketplace and industry applications
      - Ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations with flooring products and lift up to 57 pounds
