What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions in the healthcare market
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to clients
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Execute effective territory and account planning, including pre- and post-call preparations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in Business to Business sales is beneficial
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with CRM systems recommended
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Strong competitive drive and tenacity in achieving sales goals
- Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
