What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with North America QTC stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and propose technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and decision-making through technology platforms
- Translate business needs into actionable technical and operational solutions
- Lead project execution, including planning, risk management, and communication
- Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies or processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week
- Experience in project management and technology implementation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with medical technology solutions
- Knowledge of automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Proven track record of developing business cases and technology proposals
