      Theatre Practitioner - RECOVERY Newcastle Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time Salary will be reviewed at interviewed and will be dependent on experience. 37.5 hours per week

      Main duties of the job

      Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based Provide compassionate post-operative care, ensuring patients are safe and comfortable during their recovery Participate in maintaining a sterile operating environment and adhering to all safety protocols Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth transitions from theatre to recovery, and interact closely with colleagues on the ward Monitor patients' vital signs and manage their recovery from anaesthesia safely and effectively Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development

      Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north easts leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit. We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, to help patients after surgery we have on-site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
