- Assist in the development of title policies and procedures.
- Perform title administration including execution of paperwork, electronic submission, payments, title recording, title filing, and releasing of paper and e-titles.
- Review title documents to ensure accuracy and proper indexing.
- Assist with lien releases and title guarantees.
- Process various loan maintenance reports.
- Assist in examinations and audits.
- Ensure lending compliance in accordance with external regulations and internal policies.
- Provide miscellaneous lending support as needed.
- Provide educational resources to Lending Department staff.
- Assist the Consumer Loan Operations Manager in administrative loan duties.
- Serve as back-up consumer lending operations specialist, as needed.
- Answer phone calls and member inquiries regarding title releases, payoffs and questions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Previous lending, finance, or loan administration experience preferred.
- Previous experience in title processing preferred.
- Ability to communicate consistently and effectively; skilled at managing expectations for members and business partners.
- Maintain excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment, across multi-functional teams.
- Must be a strong and resourceful problem-solver possessing keen attention to detail.
