What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and administrative support for compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze job classifications and compensation data
- Support compensation training and manage year-end merit and bonus cycles
- Compile, manipulate, and analyze extensive compensation data using the Workday compensation module
- Conduct analysis on wellness initiatives and recommend improvements based on metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
- Minimum of 1 year of essential compensation experience
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in complex spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Workday compensation module
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- CBP or CCP Certification
- Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and job evaluation techniques
- Demonstrated accountability, transparency, and collaboration skills
