      TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL IN COMPENSATION & SHARE PROGRAMS (M/F/X)

      You would be joining of our Corporate “Compensation & Share Programs” team, which is responsible for all compensation & benefits related aspects of DHL Group. This includes DHL’s share programs for both executives and employees, the global coordination and running of key compensation processes, as well as the functional responsibility for compensation & benefits related IT applications.

      Your tasks

      • Support in administering various employee share programs for Deutsche Post DHL as part of the central compensation team, incl. planning, design and optimization of globally consistent and smooth compensation processes
      • Support in running the yearly merit & bonus processes, as well as continuously ongoing grading activities
      • Contribute to the rollout of entities, countries or individuals on Compensation & Benefits-related applications
      • Contribute to testing, running and improving Compensation & Benefits tools and applications
      • Assist in the preparation of management documents, communication materials (incl. info sessions and preparing of onboarding materials), invoicing and reporting documents

      Your profile

      • Minimum Bachelor Graduation in (business) Social Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Information Technology before October 1st, 2025
      • First professional experience (up to 3 years) in an international environment / international corporations
      • Fluent English skills, German is nice to have
      • Ability to work in an international team, openness and curiosity, strong communication skills: Convincing, self-confident and assertive, strong analytical skills, above-average commitment and ability to work under pressure, strong service/customer orientation
