Healthcare Systems Implementation (Epic or other EHR platforms)
      Contract | 1099 | Remote, USA

We're building a bench of talented Trainers and Instructional Designers to support upcoming healthcare technology implementation projects. These engagements will focus on preparing clinical and operational teams for system rollouts, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across hospitals and healthcare systems.

This is a hands-on role where you'll not only design and develop learning content but also deliver training, provide go-live support, and work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.

      What You'll Be Doing
      • Lead and deliver instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training sessions for clinical and operational teams
      • Support go-live readiness, floor support, and adoption efforts during system implementations
      • Design and develop eLearning modules, simulations, job aids, and facilitator guides
      • Translate complex clinical and technical workflows into clear, user-friendly learning content
      • Conduct needs analyses to recommend the right training and change support approach
      • Collaborate with SMEs, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
      • Update training materials in line with system enhancements and release cycles
      • Serve as a trusted partner during implementation, ensuring users feel confident and prepared

      What We're Looking For
      • Direct experience supporting healthcare IT implementations (Epic strongly preferred, others acceptable)
      • Proven experience delivering training in clinical or hospital environments
      • Strong instructional design foundation and ability to create engaging, effective learning solutions
      • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven implementation environments
      • Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar
      • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clinical and operational audiences

      Nice to Have
      • Epic certification or hands-on implementation support experience
      • Experience providing at-the-elbow support during go-live
      • LMS administration or deployment experience
      • Background in change management or adoption strategy

This bench will feed upcoming projects and give you the opportunity to work on high-visibility implementations, collaborate with multiple teams, and gain hands-on experience across diverse clinical and technical environments.
