      Leads curriculum/program quality for Child & Youth Programs, ensuring DoD/AF compliance and accreditation. Mentors staff, promotes family engagement, develops professional development plans, and delivers training. Supports inclusion (IDEA), develops support plans, and trains staff on complex needs. Enhances program operations through evaluations, corrective actions, and accreditation. Fosters partnerships, maintains records, supports parent education, and participates in initiatives.

      Requirements


      • This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
      • This position requires satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with Air Force and DoD policy, and a Childcare Tier 1 background investigation.
      • This position requires the incumbent to be at least 18 years of age.
      • This position is Limited Term, Not To Exceed 15 October 2026
