Leads curriculum/program quality for Child & Youth Programs, ensuring DoD/AF compliance and accreditation. Mentors staff, promotes family engagement, develops professional development plans, and delivers training. Supports inclusion (IDEA), develops support plans, and trains staff on complex needs. Enhances program operations through evaluations, corrective actions, and accreditation. Fosters partnerships, maintains records, supports parent education, and participates in initiatives.Duties
