What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with team members and partners on planning, research, and administrative activities for assigned projects
- Provide Help Desk support by responding to partner inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Assist in the development and maintenance of e-learning content and training resources
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and materials preparation
- Communicate effectively with partners regarding training opportunities and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or a related field, or equivalent of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative, training, or partner support experience
- Competent understanding of Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, or help desk tools
- Detail-oriented with basic project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public health, healthcare, education, or community-based initiatives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design concepts
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Comfort with light tech troubleshooting and user support
