      What We Do

      The intern will work in a program designed to help college students gain experience and develop the technology, professional and interpersonal skills to use throughout their career. First American Interns work in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title Industry—balanced with intern-specific activities, executive level presentations and networking opportunities—while under the close supervision and guidance of a manager and/or mentor.

      Sales & Project Management Support

      • Assist the National Sales Manager with ongoing sales initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
      • Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and help coordinate across internal teams
      • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and internal sales documentation

      Lender Support & Renewals

      • Support lender renewal processes by organizing data, tracking accounts, and preparing renewal materials
      • Assist with lender communications, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure a smooth renewal experience
      • Analyze lender activity and performance trends to identify renewal risks and opportunities

      Salesforce Modernization & CRM Optimization

      • Support the modernization and optimization of Salesforce, including data cleanup, reporting, and workflow improvements
      • Assist in building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and improving visibility into the sales pipeline
      • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve CRM adoption and data accuracy

      Analytical & Operational Support

      • Conduct market, lender, and sales performance analysis using Excel and internal tools
      • Help identify process inefficiencies and propose practical, data-driven improvements
      • Support ad hoc analytical projects related to sales strategy, operations, and growth initiatives

      Qualifications Required

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Data Science, or a related field
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
      • Proficiency in Excel; comfort working with data and financial information
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

      Preferred

      • Interest in real estate finance, lending, or financial services
      • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, not required)
      • Exposure to financial analysis, market research, or property management
      • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with senior leadership

      Salary Range: $20.00/hour - $24.00/hour

      This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
