What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Safe Online and UNICEF during the transition process
- Support the design and execution of the Closure and Coordination Plan
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive transition workplan, including milestones and risk management
- Facilitate regular transition meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Manage existing donor agreements and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in social sciences, international development, journalism, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational transitions or UN operations
- Demonstrated experience working with UN agencies, preferably UNICEF
- Strong understanding of UN financial, HR, and contractual frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with hosted entity discontinuation or transition processes
- Experience in child protection, digital safety, or related sectors
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
