      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for Residence Life Coordinators and staff
      - Assist with housing resident processes such as move-in and move-out
      - Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones and budget management
      - Serve as a resource for staff, students, and the general public, addressing concerns promptly
      - Manage and create various tracking reports, calendars, and room reservations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be currently enrolled at UW-Madison and maintain enrollment throughout the employment period
      - Adherence to the Student Housing Handbook and University policies during employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with administrative tasks or in a customer service role
      - Familiarity with university housing operations or residence life
