      How will you do it?

      Skills & Experience:

      • Provide specific assistance and processing WFA Processes, New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.
      • Create new records, update, and maintain employee profiles and data in the respective HR systems of record.
      • Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.
      • Efficiently process purchase requisitions in compliance with procurement policies and guidelines by reviewing and validating requisition details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions, considering specified requirements and supplier agreements. Ensure purchase orders based on approved requisitions are correctly submitted to the right supplier.
      • Contribute to the development, utilization and evaluation of internal processes to ensure efficient HR operations and customer service satisfaction.
      • Identifies opportunities for process improvement as it applies to HR practices and implements changes as appropriate.
      • Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to resolve broader issues or inquiries

      What we look for:

      • 2 - 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within an HR shared services environment.
      • Should have worked on Workday Software (hands on exp of minimum 2 to 3 years)
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
      • Flexible in shifts to support US
