What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute a targeted sales plan to identify growth areas and exceed revenue goals
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Drive new sales opportunities with Fortune 500 and Top 1000 Enterprise companies in the light industry sector
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the platform's value and staffing solutions
- Regularly report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and update senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of winning large strategic deals within the light industrial sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long sales cycles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build relationships and close deals
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to approximately 50% travel)
