What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setups
- Lead detailed business discovery processes to develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive outcomes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with meticulous attention to detail
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years in a software implementation role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and on time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality validation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience configuring or implementing software solutions and database testing
- Consulting experience within a software organization focusing on workflow analysis
- Healthcare market experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability for project outcomes
