Location: Onsite Deerfield
Work Schedule: on-site 5-days a week to begin -will move to hybrid once they are up to speed

Essential Functions
• Assist with pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies.
• Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc payroll reports as required for partner teams.
• Process Daily Department Mail
• Assist with completing employment verifications
• Assist with collection and record keeping of overpayments
• Assist with Historical Correction data entry for time tracking
• Unemployment management
• Occupational Statistics reporting
• Assist with Monthly Tax & Garnishment Reconciliation and
• Assist with Payroll Accrual reporting
• Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the shared Payroll inbox and partner ticketing management system
Education and/or Experience
• General Payroll-related experience
• Strong organization skills
• Microsoft Office
• Prior HCM system navigational knowledge
• Workday knowledge preferred but not required
