      Job Description
      As a UX Designer, you are a passionate advocate for the customer, applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences. You are formally trained in design and thrive in environments that value customer-centric innovation, iteration, and collaboration. You take pride in your craft, obsess over details, and see feedback as a vital part of the design process.
      In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to transform complex business banking challenges into meaningful user experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Transform complex problems into elegant, user-focused experiences
      • Lead ideation, concept development, and experience innovation
      • Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
      • Design and plan future-state and near-term cross-channel experiences
      • Advocate for the user throughout the entire project lifecycle
      • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design intent is achieved
      • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales
      • Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and customer research
      • Stay current with emerging design methodologies, tools, and trends
      Typical Work Environment
      • Time in Meetings: Approximately 25%

      • Customer Data Access: No
      Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
      • Degree in design or a design-related discipline (e.g., human-computer interaction, user-centered design, design strategy, industrial design)
      • 5–7 years of experience as a UX Designer
      • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma
      • Strong ability to simplify and design complex user flows
      • Expertise in creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
      • Excellent user-centric problem-solving and prioritization skills
      • Strong organization, logic, and analytical abilities
      • Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences and integrate feedback
      • Meticulous attention to detail with a visually compelling design portfolio
      • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional development teams
      • Effective storytelling and presentation skills for design concepts and rationale
      Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
      • Financial institution (FI) or business banking experience
      • Expertise using AI-driven design tools to generate or transform assets
      • Experience with usability testing, observational studies, and customer research
      Additional Skills & Tools
      • Strong prototyping skills using various techniques (sketch, paper, wireframe, interactive prototypes)
      • Experience with tools such as Axure and Adobe Creative Suite
      • Understanding of web and mobile technologies
      • Data visualization and dashboard design experience, including personalized and role-based interfaces
