Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a Reception and Scheduling Assistant who will serve as the welcoming voice and first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and message handling with professionalism and warmth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing efficiency with empathy, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. Success in this position comes from being resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable, while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor that makes every caller feel valued.
• Monthly Compensation: 1015- 1100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience working as a receptionist
• Legal background is highly appreciated
• Expected call volume: 31-45 calls per day
• Proficiency with VOIP phone systems
• Familiarity with Gmail for communication and scheduling
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
