      Job Description:

      Job Duck is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Assistant to support the growth of a legal practice by driving client acquisition and strengthening overall marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can independently develop and execute social media strategies, understand platform algorithms, and create content that increases visibility and website traffic. The role includes taking ownership of content creation while helping generate and refresh client reviews and define a clear target audience within the legal field. In addition to managing day-to-day marketing activities, this position contributes ideas that improve visibility, engagement, and brand positioning within the legal space. Candidates who thrive in autonomous environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy blending strategy with execution will excel in this role.
      Compensation:1245 USD to 1350 USD

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Send review request links to current and former clients and assist with review generation
      • Perform basic website updates and landing page setup
      • Plan, book, and manage lunch-and-learn marketing initiatives
      • Edit short-form videos for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
      • Create and maintain a schedule of networking and marketing events
      • Manage and maintain CRM records, logging key details related to networking contacts, leads, and marketing initiatives
      • Support light billing tasks when needed, including sending invoices and incorporating marketing messaging
      • Organize and support podcast production and publishing
      • Capture, track, and report on monthly marketing goals and performance metrics
      • Conduct outreach to secure speaking engagements and identify relevant events
      • Monitor social media comments and messages and respond appropriately
      • Repurpose blog and website content for use in social media, newsletters, and email marketing
      • Develop and execute social media strategies, including scheduling and posting content across platforms
      • Prepare and send engaging email marketing campaigns and newsletters to targeted audiences


      Requirements:
      • Full-time role aligned with Eastern Standard Time
      • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
      • Bilingual English and Spanish required
      • Prior hands-on marketing experience required
      • Ability to work independently and guide marketing efforts without close supervision
      • Experience supporting professional services or legal environments preferred
