      Job Description:

      We are seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant who will play a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives and brand visibility efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative execution with organization, analytics, and outreach. The Marketing Assistant will contribute directly to campaigns that strengthen client relationships, expand community presence, and amplify digital engagement across multiple platforms. Success in this role comes from being proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple marketing activities at once. Candidates who thrive are collaborative, adaptable, and energized by both creative work and performance tracking.

      -Compensation Range: from $1,245 USD to $1,350 USD.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Send online review requests to former and current clients
      • Edit short-form videos for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
      • Organize and manage podcast-related content and logistics
      • Perform basic website updates and create landing pages as needed
      • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
      • Set up and manage social media profiles, including monitoring comments and messages
      • Prepare and distribute engaging email newsletters to targeted audiences
      • Plan, coordinate, and book lunch-and-learn events
      • Maintain and update CRM records for networking and outreach contacts
      • Create and manage a structured schedule of networking events
      • Conduct outreach to secure speaking engagements and research relevant events
      • Repurpose blog and long-form content for social and email use
      • Track, capture, and report monthly marketing goals and performance metrics


      Requirements:

      Additional Job Description:
      • Full-time position
      • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
      • Time zone alignment required with PST

      Software and Tools:
      • CRM systems for contact and networking management
      • Social media platforms for scheduling and engagement
      • Email marketing tools for newsletters and campaigns
      • Calendar management tools
      • Video editing tools for short-form content
      • Website and landing page editors
      • Internal communication tools

      Required Skills :
      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing roles.
      • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
      • Creative and visually minded
      • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
      • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
      • Proactive and self-directed
