  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer’s value-based care portfolio
  - Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams, particularly related to Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
  - Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to support performance measures
  - Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality performance improvement
  - Collaborate with field teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
  - 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
  - Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
  - Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  - Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience using Tableau or other data management software
  - Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
  - Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers
