Assisting the Reception team with client communication via phone, email, and in person.
Maintaining accurate medical records.
Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients.
Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
Providing compassionate care to all clients and patients.
General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas.

Burgess Animal Hospital is welcoming a full-time, dependable Veterinary Technician Assistant- Client Service Representative to join our amazing network of skilled veterinary professionals. This opportunity includes a range of responsibilities which directly attributes to the efficient and effective daily operation of the hospital. Your primary responsibility is to assist our veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.
