      Role Summary/Purpose:

      We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional to develop and execute ISV marketing strategies while managing client relationships for the Vet/Pet Large Client team. This role demands strong relationship management and project leadership capabilities to design and implement B2B and B2B2C marketing programs that drive activations and NCS volume growth with ISV partnerships. Additionally, the role focuses on increasing new cardholder acquisitions, applications, and purchase volume growth by integrating CareCredit into workflows, payment journeys, and technologies across multiple client partnerships. The successful candidate will possess exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate strategic initiatives and insights to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams—including product, sales, legal and technology—to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Partner with clients and ISV partners at the senior leadership level to discover partner strategies and goals. Develop and implement campaigns to drive partner growth that aligns with CareCredit’s business and financial goals

      • Develop strong relationships with client marketing roles that positions CareCredit as a strategic partner and results in deeper collaboration on comarketing initiatives.

      • Manage and execute B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels awareness of ISV integrations, activations within those ISVs and increase purchase volume flowing through the integrations

      • Align with sales team to develop marketing strategies to support partner relationships

      • Develop, pitch and execute comarketing initiatives with partners that support new cardholder acquisitions, CareCredit applications and NCS growth while supporting partner marketing goals.

      • Work closely with analytics and finance to identify opportunities based on client growth trends, penetration and financial performance. Utilize key metrics to support clients, uncover opportunity and develop/ track campaign analytics.

      • Identify opportunity within client organizations to drive better engagement and understanding of CareCredit within practices. Reinforce CareCredit as a tool to drive client business goals driving engagement at the practice / location level. Assist client senior leadership in communicating the importance and value of CareCredit.

      • Develop and maintain a marketing and reporting rhythm with client marketing and operations teams to illustrate campaign performance, reinforce product value and keep client marketing and operations teams engaged

      • Oversee the creative agency in development and execution of campaigns

      • Lead marketing strategy and execution for all large client and ISV partner meetings

      • Collaborate with cross functional teams to complete projects

      • Manage budget including forecasting and tracking

      • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 5 years of marketing experience identified below:

      • Prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience partnering with creative agencies

      • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns

      • Minimum of 3 years of client-facing relationship management experience

      • Working Workfront knowledge

      • Strong analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance

      • 30% Travel

      • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

      Desired Characteristics:

      • Business-to-business marketing experience

      • Sales experience a plus but not required

      • Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision

      • Record of building strong relationships with client partners

      • Highly proficient in internal processes such as (not limited to) Workfront, Coupa, Powerpoint and Excel

      • Sales experience a plus but not required

      • Strong project management skills

      • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns

      • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

      • Experience interpreting and leveraging data to determine the success of the marketing campaign

      • Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners

      • Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of internal and external organizations

      • Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis

      • Active listener, lifelong learner, proactive problem solver and marketing enthusiast

      Grade/Level: 12

      The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

      Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

      Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

      Eligibility Requirements:

      • You must be 18 years or older

      • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

      • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

      • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

      • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
