What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own national bookings and growth outcomes for the Non-Profit Vertical; set strategy, targets, and quarterly operating plans aligned to company goals
- Drive a balanced mix of new logo acquisition, expansion, and cross-sell motions to support quarterly/annual targets
- Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and 12 managers, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent
- Champion data discipline in sales systems and establish forecast accuracy standards to improve win rates
- Represent the employer in the non-profit community and elevate the category narrative and impact story
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with 8+ years of multi-level leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading national, multi-segment sales organizations with consistent growth outcomes
- Deep familiarity with the non-profit sector and large, committee-based buying cycles
- Operational mastery of modern sales systems such as Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent

- Knowledge of the employer's portfolio, including fundraising, digital engagement, and financial solutions
