Job Description
- Req#: REF137U
- Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, and innovative videos, and ensure on-time delivery
- Create concept boards and other visual representations of prospective edits for multiple projects
- Assemble raw footage and incorporate necessary inputs (audio, graphics, colour grading, etc.) to produce a rough cut file on the basis of the script/story sequence
- Facilitate the process of editing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube videos) on the basis of understanding the web codecs and nuances of each platform
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, Content Marketing, etc.) to deliver videos as per requirement within defined timelines
- Keep yourself updated with the latest trends and practices across mediums and platforms
- Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as an Editor in a production house/creative agency or similar setup
- Proficiency in editing software and programs (e.g. Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential
- An ideal fit must be a multi-tasker with a keen eye for details
- Adherence to delivery timelines will be a requisite for this role
