What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the daily operations of assigned Virtual Company-Owned Centers under the guidance of the Center Instructor
- Conduct parent orientation and assessment meetings, including follow-up communication and ongoing family support
- Assist with lesson planning and managing enrollment growth within assigned subject and enrollment targets
- Monitor virtual classes and ensure students and families understand virtual learning tools
- Communicate effectively with families, instructors, and leadership to address questions and operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with students, families, or educational services; prior experience with the employer strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, remote environment, including comfort with video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication skills to explain concepts clearly to families and students
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish language fluency preferred for candidates supporting EFL populations based on center needs
- Prior experience with Kumon or similar educational services
