What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across disciplines
- Collaborate with project managers to confirm model setup and scope requirements
- Conduct clash detection and support the BIM coordination process
- Review models and deliverables for compliance with established standards
- Provide support for Virtual Design software and identify training needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with 3 years preferred
- Proficiency in Revit with strong knowledge of project setup and model management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of design techniques and tools involved in producing technical plans and models
- Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
