      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing activities, including filing, emailing, and managing mail
      - Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
      - Gather and assemble marketing materials for guest presentations and tours
      - Verify guest eligibility for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling
      - Maintain and update databases and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous administrative experience
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
      - Professional appearance and demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or concierge roles
      - Familiarity with sales processes and marketing activities
      - Knowledge of vacation ownership products or related industries
