What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own National Grocery P&L and performance across multiple brands, delivering approximately $400M NSV
- Lead the National Grocery channel strategy and go-to-market evolution, including direct selling transformation
- Drive aggressive growth through strategic customer leadership and long-range innovation planning
- Manage annual sales planning and commercial governance across 20+ brands
- Build and lead a high-performance organization, managing a team of over 20 sales associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in CPG/Sales
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s/MBA is a plus
- Proven sales leader with Grocery industry expertise and a track record of delivering financial results
- Strong financial acumen in Trade Fund and P&L Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships

- Demonstrated key/national account experience and category management in the Grocery channel
- Multi-channel CPG experience (Grocery, Alt/Specialty Markets, C-store, Mass, Dollar, & E-commerce)
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to anticipate market trends and conditions
- Inspirational leadership style that promotes teamwork and elevates associate performance
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively cross-functionally
