      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience with deep OEM exposure
      - Proven background in drones, robotics, autonomy, or defense-adjacent markets
      - Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder design-in deals
      - Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to CEOs, CTOs, and engineers
      - Highly disciplined, data-driven, and hands-on in deals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing a global sales team with a focus on high-performance results
      - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in unmanned systems and robotics
      - Established network within the drone and defense industries
      - Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures
