What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead a global, scalable enablement strategy for sales teams
- Drive global enablement initiatives to support product and go-to-market strategies
- Establish partnerships with regional sales leaders to co-create enablement plans
- Lead the development of high-impact training content and resources
- Set key metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement on performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales training environment, with at least 3 years globally
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing enterprise-wide sales enablement strategy
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written
- Ability to design and deliver face-to-face and virtual training programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of coaching methodologies
- Adaptability to different learning styles
- Strong working knowledge of learning management systems
- Ability to establish strong relationships with leadership teams
