      Job Summary:

      This is a full-time remote role for a VP of Sales. The VP of Sales will be responsible for sales, sales operations, sales management, and business development within the Health Plans and Healthcare Tech markets.

      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Cold calling, prospecting, generating leads, creating pipelines, and qualifying leads
      • >
      • Moving pipelines across all sales cycles and effectively maintain pipeline of at least 2-3x total goal
      • >
      • Close at least $2.5 Million in business each year
      • >
      • Upselling current business with Account Managers
      • >
      • Attend tradeshows
      • >
      • Work leads
      • >
      • Run demos of our platforms and presentations for potential leads
      • >


      Required Skills/Abilities:

      • Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role
      • >
      • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
      • >
      • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
      • >
      • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
      • >
      • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
      • >
      • Sales and Business Development skills
      • >
      • Sales Operations experience
      • >
      • Preferable HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Seamless AI knowledge
      • >
      • Tradeshows experience preferred with strong ability for pre and post show reachout
      • >
      • Experience collaborating with Account Management team to upsell current client base
      • >
      • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; experience closing at least 2.5mil annually in new business
      • >
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills
      • >


      Education/Experience:

      Required:
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • >
      • 3-5 years of experience in full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery call, demo/presentation, pricing, contracting, and implementation
      • >
      • Experience in the healthcare industry
      • >


      Preferred:
      • Healthcare data and credentialing experience
      • >
