  Position Overview:

  The Warehouse Administrator will conduct the warehouse performance report involving data collection from SAP/MES system and warehouse manual record. The Warehouse Administrator shall work with the Warehouse Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor and different team members to generate and deliver the report in different formats such as Excel / PowerPoint / Email / etc. The reports shall be readable, accurate, simplified, and timely for the warehouse team to keep track of the warehouse performance.

  Responsibilities:

  • Work together with Warehouse Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor and different team members to generate and distribute the report to the warehouse team to keep track of the warehouse performance.

  • Apply the SAP/MES, Excel, PowerPoint and appropriate software to consolidate the data for report writing.

  • Willing to learn and work with the warehouse team to modify the reporting format according to the warehouse need.

  • Timely and accurately distributing the report in accordance with the warehouse need.

  • Receives all inbound shipments into database system.

  • Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking of all incoming materials.

  • Handles the packing list and/or bill of lading for all materials received into the warehouse.

  • Scans all packing lists/BOL into database and updates the naming convention

  • Monitor stock Indirect materials levels and collaborate with the Team Lead to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Having a diligent and careful personality is necessary to handle the repeated work.

  • Having strong Excel knowledge definitely is advantage.

  • Basic understanding of the manufacturing operation is beneficial to the communication with the teammate to define the appropriate report format.

  • Performs other duties as required.

  Minimum Requirements:

  Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder in any related field of study.

  • 2-5 years of experience in data collection and reporting

  Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office – emphasis on Excel

  • Experience with SAP Software preferred.

  • Cooperative, team player and positive attitude a must

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Multi-language fluency preferred (English, Malay)
